🔄 سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

📝 باللغة العربية:

نحن في عود الإمارات نحرص على رضا عملائنا، ونتفهم أهمية الجودة في منتجات العطور.
لكن نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات العطرية، لا نقبل الإرجاع أو الاسترداد إلا في حال وجود تلف أو خطأ في الطلب.

شروط الإرجاع:

• يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مفتوح ولم يتم استخدامه، وفي عبوته السليمة.

• يجب تقديم إثبات الشراء أو الفاتورة.

• يتم الإرجاع فقط من خلال الفرع وليس عن طريق شركات الشحن.

المبالغ المستردة:

• في حال الموافقة، سيتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع خلال 10 أيام عمل.

OUD EL EMRAT

At OUD EL EMRAT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of perfume products, we only accept returns or refunds in case of damage or incorrect items.

Return Conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

• The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Returns are only accepted in-store, not via delivery or courier services.
